Job Boardly was founded in 2022 by Kyle Davidson and Jason Charnes with a mission to help entrepreneurs launch and monetise niche job boards. They built a platform that handles the technical aspects of launching a job board — hosting, maintenance, integrations — so creators could focus on building their audience, not managing infrastructure.
In 2025, I acquired Job Boardly because I believed in the product and the community, and I wanted to continue the mission Kyle and Jason started. Today, we’re a fully remote team distributed around the world, dedicated to building tools that enable people to create, grow, and monetise niche job boards. That purpose is at the heart of everything we do.
